Billing questions
How am I billed?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice in USD, every 30 days. We never see your card details.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from the Plan page in the app. Shopify bills the new plan straight away and credits what's left of the current period.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Rules, schedules and history stop running until you upgrade again, and fields hidden by field sets show for every product.
What happens if I uninstall?
Billing stops right away. Your metafield values stay in your Shopify store; the app's own settings are deleted.
Are there any usage limits?
No. Both plans include unlimited fields, products and values.
