Common questions
My field doesn't show on the store.
Check that the theme block is added to the right template in the theme editor and that the product has a value for that field. If you use Liquid, copy the code from Fields → Liquid code so the namespace and key match exactly.
My import didn't change anything.
Empty cells are skipped on purpose. Make sure the column headers match the export and click Check file to see which rows will change. If an import went wrong, undo it from Import & export → Activity.
Can I use fields that another app created?
Yes. Add a field with the same namespace and key, and the existing values appear in the editor. The health check also lists leftover metafields from old apps.
A rule didn't run on my existing products.
Rules run when a resource is created or updated. To apply a rule to products that already match, open it and click Apply to existing.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from Settings → Apps in your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately and your metafield values stay in your store.
